Welcome to the Atlantic Webs CustomerCare Center.
It's our new round-the-clock service to provide each of our client's with a personalized support portal and a comprehensive record about their IT assets. When used to its fullest potential, it will provider owners and managers with a complete picture about all their assets -- hardware, software, web services and, of course, problems and solutions.
It's focus is on (1) collecting and preserving the life-cycle data needed for Disaster Planning & Recovery efforts and (2) making available the knowledge and solutions all users need to be productive.
Our platform is a 24x7 facility which integrates FreshService, an award-winning ITSM/ITIL system, with dedicated tools like NetCHEK,, AssetCHEK, MobileCHEK and a growing number of unique solutions which allow us to monitor, record and analyze the vast amount of data which is created by your day-yo-day operations.
Our Customer Care Center is a work-in-progress, so we'd really appreciate your feedback both in regard to things which can be improved and new features/functions which would be useful to your company.
Here are two tidbits I'd like to leave you with
:
1. Whenever you're looking at the Announcements, click on "View All" as there may be some other information you will find useful.
2. To get started go to the icon Browse Help Articles. Look at the Getting Started Category.
3. Most users are pre-registered in our system but you need to activate your account before you can logon to the site. Only you will know your password, so please write ti down and keep in a safe place.
If you did not get a User Activation Email from Atlantic Webs Customer Care Center, please let us know and we'll re-send an activation link right away.
